At Hotel Tims, we believe a hotel should be a gateway to the local soul. Our walls have found a new voice in the works of Nikola Trenov, the award-winning 2024 graduate from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje.

Moving beyond traditional portraiture, Trenov’s “figurative intuitive expressionism” uses primitive drawing and an intense, emotional color palette to explore the human experience. From the quiet corners of our lobby to the private sanctuary of our rooms, his canvases invite guests to pause, feel, and perhaps take a piece of Skopje’s vibrant art scene home with them.
