As the new year approaches, it is time to say goodbye to the year full of uncertainty, anxiety and fear, but also a year full of emotions. We are leaving 2020 behind and starting a new chapter in our story with a renovated hotel that will include transformed guest experience.

Hotel Tim’s story starts back in 1999 as one of the first private hotels in Skopje, welcoming guests in flat sized apartments. Last year was a complete re-imagination of the property, reflecting the vision of family owners.

The renovation project, which began in November 2019, has covered the hotel’s welcome zone, restaurant, conference rooms as well as all guestrooms.

The modern and elegant guest rooms now include fresh new décor with minimalistic design and stylish furniture. The newly renovated guest rooms feature space for personal storage, kitchenettes and cozy seating areas.  Each guest room includes a 43’’ TVs, soundproof doors and windows, safety deposit box, coffee and tea preparation sets. The hotel also offers a brand-new dining experience at the restaurant, serving a breakfast buffet in the morning, switching to a business café in the afternoon and evening.

The redesign of Tim’s conference room was also part of the project. The new conference room offers seats for up to 45 persons. Additional meeting room for up to 10 persons offers quiet place as a working environment or room for confidential and personalized meetings.
